  59. David contributed so much to our mission out there. His flying was truly amazing. Thank you for sharing David (Wiz) with us. There are a great deal of people out there that owe their lives to David, and one Afghan soldier, in particular, who would have never survived had Wiz not been there. 70. I can't tell you how sad I was to hear about David. I was his teacher (gifted program) at Paton Churdan when he was 12. I know it's not good to have favorites--but he was! I am not surprised to hear about what a amazing person he grew up to be. I have wondered about him and hoped he was happy with his life. I remember that even then he was interested in the military and in flying. He was smart and strong and made his dreams a reality. He knew I was a cyclone fan so he gave me a cyclone desk set which I still use after 20 years of teaching. So--I think about him each day. Prayers to all of you. Jill Trainum
